- Forms are printed on white top copy and tinted paper for additional parts - if you wish a particular order for the tints please contact us.

- Making into books (stapled with spine tape) = £35 + VAT per 1000 sets or part thereof (includes numbering in one place and/or perforating in one place).
- Numbering in one place = £16 + VAT per 1000 sets or part thereof.
- Perforating in one place = £16 + VAT per 1000 sets or part thereof.

Payment
Payment is required before production is started. We will send a pro-forma invoice on receipt of your order or artwork. Payment can be made by cheque.
